Important update for Umrah passengers
Travel from Jeddah:
- Passengers with an Umrah visa and travelling on our normal (3 digit) flights will arrive at the Hajj terminal and depart from the same terminal. Please ensure all Umrah passengers report to the Hajj terminal for their return journey.
It's your responsibility to obtain the correct visa to enable you to travel on these flights. If you arrive at the airport and don't have the correct documentation you'll not be able to travel and there will be no refund offered. You must provide your passport details at the time of booking.
