Now today I suppose to fly back on 8.55pm and after I called the malindo centre (03-78415388) I just knew that I missed the flight. This is totally unacceptable. I called centre and being asked to refer to Lion Group (03-87766081) as they mentioned that my ticket which I booked online tru Malindo website is under Lion Gp. I had been treated like a bouncing ball where I called the two number back and forth!
